Refund policy

Right of return (withdrawal from the contract)

The customer has the right, without giving a reason, to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day the product was received.

To exercise the right of return, the customer must send a notice to: sales@trokihunting.com within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

Return conditions:
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging (where possible)
• If the product has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount
• Returns are not available for personalized products made to order

The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless an incorrect or defective product was sent.

Once we receive the returned product, we will issue the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
